Jennifer K. (Jenny) Stine, Ph.D., is a leadership development expert, consultant, and executive coach specializing in higher education. As the President and Co-Founder of the Academic Leadership Group, she coaches senior university leaders and leads ALG's higher education consulting practice, helping universities navigate change, design effective organizations, and build leadership capacity.
Jenny spent over a decade leading executive and professional education programs at MIT and then at Harvard, where she also taught master's-level courses in organizational behavior and executive courses in leadership and teamwork. She worked for 10 years in global HR at Accenture, where she played a key role in major corporate-university partnerships.
A California native, Jenny holds three degrees from Stanford, including a Ph.D. After 18 years in Massachusetts, she returned to the West where she lives on a ranch in New Mexico.
