Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

Stellarclub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the site.
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances, we will also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
