United States Constitution Article III Section 2: Established Law and equity as the “Law of the Land.” Blacks Law defines Law as “Common Law” and equity as “legislated law” both function under the "Rules of Common Law;" thereby requiring equity principled under common law. Common Law is God’s Law written in the hearts of men applied with commonsense. Equity is statutes and regulations to govern and to be applied upon government agents and those working in commercial activities. We the People vested congress with only eighteen powers to provide for the aforesaid equity to govern our servant government and commercial activities.
Bill of Rights was ordained and established by We the People establishing our most important and liberating rights to protect ourselves from an overreaching government. We the People have many more rights such as the right to travel, right to practice law, right to be left alone, and any other right that we can imagine as long as it does not infringe upon another’s liberty, protected by, Amendment X which reads, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”
“The very meaning of ‘sovereignty’ is that the decree of the sovereign makes law.” – Self v. Rhay,
“The natural liberty of man is to be free from any superior power on Earth, and not to be under the will or legislative authority of man, but only to have the law of nature for his rule.” – Samuel Adams
“The people have an indubitable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to reform or change their government, whenever it be found adverse or inadequate to the purposes of its institution.” – James Madison
Don’t be deceived the Law is not complex; Thomas Jefferson said that “Common sense is the foundation of all authorities, of the laws themselves, and of their construction.”
“Lawyers rejected the counsel of God” - Luke 7:30;
“The lawyers, said unto Jesus, Master, thus saying thou reproaches us also. And Jesus said, Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers… Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.” Luke 11:45-46, 52
